So these are obviously right out of my camera, but I uploaded them so that I can work on them in photoshop tomorrow from a different computer, and I thought I might as well post them here for you all to see. My sister's name is Lynzi, she's 14 and would kill me if she knew how many people were seeing her making funny faces. Anyway, I'm not sure what I'll use out of this, but its a start to making a more realistic looking animatic.

Hi Nicolette,
Your sister is a great actress... little does she know she's famous in CADA's thesis previs class! I thought what you were showing in class... the images of what's happenning to the body is much more interesting than squares of text descriptions. Way to find something that will be more interesting to look at... it's probably more work though, right? Maybe still keep the images simple.

I still say take a look at some House MD episodes for the animations of happenings inside the body. I have the first two seasons on DVD if you want to take a look.

After looking at your live action pics I don't think it really matters if you use a guy or a girl. Your sister did a really good job! It really helped seeing an actual person. I also like the idea of the voice over as you go into the body. I think it will make it a lot more clear of what is going on and that way you don't have to worry about people reading. If you want I still have some Body Story DVD's They do a good job of mixing live action with cg.
The "I should not be alive" series is a good reference for your story...especially the transitions from live video to the animations inside the body.
